Make it so it's an internal time, across all sessions. Basically, running 6x 10c/h bots will charge you for an hour every 10 minutes. 3x 10c/h bots will charge you an hour every 20 minutes. 2x every half hour. Basically the exact same way the metrics are setup, just so that we actually get...
