Hey, so that area is hard to find on that map because the runemate map is wierd for caves. I do have a slayer bot I'm updating that may be more helpful :)

*pick your food* You can. When you set your inventory presets up, have the food in your inventory... Also, there's an update in queue to fix the bug with Death Plateau pathing.
