A vpn doesnt necessarly let you use bots without being banned, what it does is mask your ip and allow you to run your bots from your pc but it will appear from a different ip. This can be useful to avoid chain bans and any links to your own personal ip

I personally like the pay by the hour system however could possibly give bot authors the ability to offer both, say for example $0.05/hr or a monthly/1 time payment of X amount
