I werent sure, but it felt wery fishy that i couldnt get back on the account and gmail account 1 day later+ the phone number was different Its all fixed now, he has helped me get the acc back sorry @Apotheosis just was a bit fishy

yea @Apotheosis It says this on the account page when i try to login:(screenshot file was to large.) To protect your security, your account has been locked. To unlock your account go to the game and click the 'Forgot Password?' link. Follow the on screen instructions and fill out the form...
