Not at all thus the reason i used the word Restructure so that it would be part of the pricing type of thing. I'm just thinking from the end users point of view and for someone who uses the client for the first time where they can buy Supporter and say get 100h worth of premium bot with it. All...

Here i am again with another idea. I think it would be cool if the upgrade plans would be restructured to include some RM$. Sure there's some logistic to be added behind but i think it would appeal more to the end user and might get some more leads in the end. Let me know what you think of...

You can sometimes appeal if your IP is not the same as the one you created the account with. I've seen it done before. All in all sorry for your loss.
