The fail rate from 80-99 for catching chins is decreased overtime, however it's not really worth it and only adds about 15-25% extra gp and xp/hr, in the same way that getting 80-99 agility isn't as worth as 1-80.

Don't lie to me mate, you don't earn anywhere near 2m-4m/hr from black chins. I did them on my main from 73 to 99, and peaked at 800k gp/hr, nice try though. Also, when I say chinning I don't mean capturing chins, I mean chinning for ranged.

Agility bots will always be extremely easily bannable, I don't condone or suggest you using one even if it is premium. If you want to bot more then buy more hours through the supporter or sponsor packages.

Prices are negotiable, tripling them would be a little over the top considering I only want the thieving lvl and no diaries or other skills.
