It will cut the closest trees first. I know it seems a little weird but your XP/HR rate will stay consistent. Seers maples seems to work completely fine for me. Try deleting RuneMate (along with it's config folder in your user directory) and redownload.

Are there other entrances/exits? I've only seen the main gate. EDIT: Looks like there is another entrance/exit on the opposite side of the Guild. I'll add that data in a second. EDIT 2: Other entrance/exit added. EDIT 3: Added obstacle data for accessing the Redwoods.

What's the action for chopping the tree down? Cut?

Simple enough, developers could just override some sort of "canBreak" method the client would call to determine if the bot can currently break.

Don't have an account to test the dragon axe special but it should be working fine (as long as you enable on the startup screen). Maples at Seers should work perfectly.

Sounds like an issue with your environment. Did you try deleting RuneMate and restarting your computer?
