You can request refunds via the Sessions panel: Sign in to RuneMate
Immediate teleports sounds like a configuration issue, and RuneLite crashing sounds like a problem with your local machine. Perhaps try asking on Discord for support with the RuneLite issue.
I have published a Nex Mass bot but have no intention of adding support for small-team completions at this time, in case anybody else fancies taking on that project.

On successful login it's meant to redirect you to a localhost site, that's normal. If you clear your browser cache (or change which browser you use) the problem should go away.
If it can't detect RuneLite then re-install RuneLite (making sure it's in the default location), then before opening it you run the patch by clicking on the RuneLite button in RuneMate.
