Ight thanks is there any easier way to doing this its so annoying

I am using dual monitors and when i click on the runescape client on my second monitor to talk to people and click back to my main monitor, the runescape client keeps talking priority, like one second would be typing something on my 1 monitor then all of a sudden what i am typing would start...
