i was supposed to let you know that i have the "failed to bind to the game client because of an IOException" error i hope you could help me

Hello..... I have the problem with the client binding. so i started searching for a way to get it to work. but the only thing admins and helpers are doing is linking some sort of stupid tutorial. tried doing that 3 times and it still doesn't work. so can you please give me a propper solution...
