You're going to have to bite the bullet and pay this, @Quinnn worked hard on this and we won't be able to match his XP rates Quantum Construction It's not that i mind paying the fee, it's just the xp rates, i tried it, and got 230k xp/hr wich is pretty low imo when doing construction

hahah sorry, this is under the skill "construction", in your player owned house you can get a room called "aquarium" inside the "aquarium" room, you can build prawnbrokers, it's the best xp/hr within construction i believe. i think its fairly easy to make, the process is as follows -> click...

Actually i ended up with getting roughly 170k xp/hr wich is very low con xp/hr tbh.. :/

Am i supposed to get around 200k xp/hr when building mahogany prawnbrokers?
