Removed various instructions from the setup guide that are now obsolete
- Added direct input banking - configure whether you want to use direct input for banking or not
- Added use rune pouch - configure whether you want to use a rune pouch or not
- Added use dust runes - configure whether you want to use dust runes or earth and air runes
- Added loadout configurations - configure your loadouts once and never have to worry about them again, including fully customizable special attack and finisher loadouts (bolt switch)
- Added a minimum venom restore setting under the trips section
- Replaced the value based loot setting with an ignore loot list - configure exactly what loot you wish to leave on the ground, note that the bot will never loot unnoted dragonhides
- The woox walk, finisher loadout, weapon range, special attack (loadout, energy, limit) settings are now hidden when not applicable
- Removed various settings that are now obsolete
