Better off questing by hand. Ran for 2 hours to give it a chance and every single quest got stuck multiple times. There is always a door it can't open, and ladder it can't climb or an object it can't pick up. Sometimes the walker just gets stuck going back and forth on the same 5 tiles. It requires you to babysit very closely at which point you may as well play yourself. Even assuming it worked the price is too high and other clients have far superior bots that piggyback RL's questhelper.
Bloody excellent! I've only just started playing RS, and wanted to bot, so using RM has been fun, but this addon has been the best! I started doing low level 'optimal' quests, but read about the Waterfall quest and decided to have a go today - Completed!!! Don't assume that the addon will do everything, but gather the required items and let the bot do its bits and you do yours, and FANTASTIC!
My first time using it, I was having issues with it but if you have every item you need in your inventory and that it well work perfect almost and does them quick, def hope you continue working on this and making it almost fully auto
Bots does exactly what it says, Slowly. You basically need to manually do half the quests, which is fine but the bot charges you while paused. So overall makes the quests longer, more confusing and charges you for doing the things it cant.
Bot is not walking anywhere, just continues dialog and that is all. will change this once fixed
did about 5 quests back-to-back that I really didn't want to do myself, almost 5 stars because I know it's going to get there, had slight pathing issues with a few of the quests but besides a lil' bit of manual input to get to the right doors, it ran relatively well!
Was muuuch better than I expected. Did two quests, Children of the Sun and Twilight's Promise. Probably about 95% automated. Only issue I had was in Twilights promise. When you had to get the drunk from the pub and bring him to the centre, it would keep run on and then would lose him. So that part was manual. But no biggie. Well done. Has so much more potential. New release so this is going to be great
I'm giving it 4 stars because I see the potential. Certain quests are obviously meant to be ran with the bot at the moment. Given that some quests seem to do more additional actions than others. The ones that are accounted for, work *almost* flawlessly.
Makes quests longer. I did edgar's ruse with this but took me an hour and half cause it just spammed house tablets, when it went to run through rimmington it just stood there for 5 seconds then tele'd to barb outpost and ran back to troll stronghold... honestly just do quests using quest helper, this shouldn't be a paid bot. I wouldn't use this if free, there's too many glitches.
Does what it says it does.
got some flaws and so but realy helps alot with questing and gets the job done
works well even some combat it does
I actually enjoy questing again! QUEST CAPE HERE I COME!
Giving it a five star even though there are some hiccups. It's the first version of the bot, so not expecting perfection considering this is a bot that has to traverse around the game and interact with NPCs. The main issue I've seen is NPC's that are behind doors it will hit a wall with and doesn't realize it has to open a door to get to the NPC. It also will sometimes click the dialogue over and over, for example, when needing to follow Zanik through the tunnel for Death to the Dorgeshuun. I'm sure things will get ironed out, but for anyone trying this first version at least, make sure to babysit it
Makes questing way easier!
5/5, finished 10 quests within 2 hours of using, 15-20% manual interaction, rest is bot doing its thing. Recommend 2-3 stamina and some cash so bot can traverse using diff. transportations, once house teleports are supported, this is going to much better!
Genuinley incredible. I have just done digsite, death plateau and troll stronghold and it makes questing so much better
makes quests bearable
