Get 99 construction while saving over 100m compared to alternative methods!
Plays the Mahogany Homes minigame to earn construction points and xp. Easy plank sack and carpenter outfit!

Instructions​

In your House settings set 'Teleport inside' to off (Both are supported but this will be quicker).

Requirements​

  • 25 construction (to move your house to Hosidius)
  • Your player-owned house must be in Hosidius
  • Talked to Amy in Falador at least once

Required items​

  • Items for the selected transportation methods
  • Hammer( Or Imcando hammer),
  • Saw (Or Amy's saw),
  • Rune pouch (optional) - Must already have the runes in the pouch or they will stay in the inventory
  • A staff (optional)
  • A tome (optional)
  • Steel bars
  • Planks - If doing Beginner(Level 1 construction) contracts
  • Oak planks - If doing Novice(Level 20 construction) contracts
  • Teak planks - If doing Adept(Level 50 construction) contracts
  • Mahogany planks - If doing Expert(Level 70 construction) contracts
  • (Recommended) Plank sack

  • Supports Ardougne cloak, Ring of wealth, Ring of the elements, Xeric's talisman, Chronicle

MaxiBots features​

Activity system
  • Configure as many activities as you want and it will move on to the next one automatically after the specified goal has been met
  • Multiple goal types: Create x amount of items, run for x amount of time, run until a level is met, or no goal at all
  • Option to log out when all activities are completed or to let the games idle timer do it for you
Profiles
  • Save your activity profile and it will be remembered every time you run the bot so you don't have to waste time setting it up every session
  • Save as many profiles as you need
  • Some bots include predefined profiles for things like common 1-99 routes, how cool is that!
  • Option to automatically start the bot using the last profile that was ran
Break handler
  • We all need a break from the grind every now and then, your bot should too! Configure break profiles to make your bots play style look more humanlike
  • Save as many profiles as you need
  • Automatically generate a break profile based on min/max break length and min/max play time between breaks
  • Option to manually configure breaks, including editing breaks that were auto-generated
Item and profit tracker
  • Track all items gained or used
  • Shows item quantity, value, profit, hourly quantity and hourly profits per item
  • Shows overall profit and profit per hour
Change settings on the fly
  • Selected the wrong thing or had a change of mind mid session? No worries! Simply go back into the configuration page and update existing activities, or even add new ones. The changes will be applied as soon as you press start!
Stop after a given runtime
  • Ever worried you'll forget to stop a bot? Worry no more! With the stop timer you can set the bot to run for any number of hours and minutes and it will automatically stop when the time is up

Love this bot! Has worked flawlessly outside of a RuneMate bug that shut off due to inactivity. Please keep this free for a couple more weeks while I make more planks!!!

10/10. This bot is fantastically developed. It supports plank sack, Amy’s saw, Imcando hammers, rune pouch (fill it with runes before starting), NPC Contact, and a lot of teleport options. I used it from 90 to 99 Construction and it ran extremely well. It only shut down once due to a navigation issue, and honestly I do not fault the bot for that given how consistently smooth it was overall. Highly recommended.

Another feature that would make this script even more seamless would be support for chained activities with plank goals. For example, Activity 1 could be set to “200 oak planks” (or simply “until out”), and Activity 2 could be teak with no goal. The bot would use oak planks first, smart stop before starting a contract it cannot finish with the remaining oaks, complete Activity 1, then automatically move to Activity 2. This would prevent mid contract plank shortages and make plank transitions smooth and automatic.

Great suggestion. I could probably have it track the remaining planks in the bank and check that before getting the next contract, that way it could end the activity without starting a contract it cant finish, preventing it from blocking the next activity.

Bot works very well, easy to setup and use. Travels/Banks flawlessly, have not encountered any issues since turning off certain runelite plugins that were interfering with the script. The xp/h is great and it's easy

Pretty solid so far, done 72-82 with it and had no issues. Some times the bot has crashed due to inactivity but that might be a RuneMate bug as others have done the same, it can be slow sometimes when going to get new contracts but it's pretty good besides that! Some humaniser settings would be nice, fatigue and misclicks similar to Cuppa scripts. But I have had 0 bans.

it is soooooo slowwwwwwwww your charging rm credit for something that should be free i have to maintain it and actually get it to where it needs to go or it just sits there before it even gets to its destination contract or the bank it just sits until i move it then it goes back in sync

One of the recent updates has likely caused it to be slow in certain areas that weren't optimised. I actually just released an update that should help. Im not aware of any issues with it getting straight up stuck like you mentioned though. Please send your log file through the discussion or discord so I can help you.

Used this to greenlog Mahogany Homes on the way to 99 via Adept Contracts (teak)
Don't hesitate to use! It's amazing, though don't expect the highest xp/h unless you have NPC contact.

It's okay. It randomly stops a lot, gets stuck checking the plank sack, and will randomly stop and shut down. Needs to be babied.

The runescape update changed how the plank sack works which was causing it to get stuck. This has now been fixed, thanks for letting me know

works well, except some settings seem to glitch out the bot and will have the bot sitting still yellow clicking the same spot over and over again. It didn't work when i enabled npc contact, it didnt work when i had combination runes in my rune pouch, it didnt work when i enabled home teleport as a tablet, it didnt work when i enabled all teleports through portal nexus, it didnt work when i tried to use castle wars as a bank for quicker banking.

maybe you guys will have better luck than me! either way, it got me tons of xp and fulfilled a lot of contracts once i got it to work
