i am having this issue as well i think it is runemate client related i already contacted cloud.

And professor, yours is in the negative so you either had a subscription last month and used more than 200 hours so your hours haven't all freed up yet, or you have someone else on the same network that uses runemate.

I might be in the same case as professor. My brother use runemate too. So I think the hour he use accumulated to mine.
