Easy existing (and free) solution is to use Prayer Flick Mate, since these NPCs have unlimited aggro. Babysit if you want drops. Or don't if you just want slayer XP. They're so afk already that no one will probably notice that you never pray at the altar. If you're going for combat XP only...

This bot is killing it at everything I've tried, with one exception. Making pyre logs is extremely slow. It does it, but there's a huge delay between actions. Maybe 25% the speed of doing it manually. Any ideas? Thank you for all your hard work.
