Hey, so Runemate was having some issues earlier (and still might be having some) due to a big update Runemate had today. I'm not actually certain if what you're describing is related, though I haven't heard similar error reports before so I'm thinking it could be, but it might be worth trying...

Hi, Runemate was having some issues earlier (and still might be having some) due to a big update Runemate had today. It might work if you restart osrs & rm, or your pc, but if not I'd just try again later and test using trials. PS if you'd like any refunds they can be submitted via Sessions
