Just to check, do you have room in the box for all the seeds you're trying to deposit? I think the seedbox can only hold a few different types of seeds, so the way the logic works is that any time it gets a new seed it tries to fill the box. If the seed doesn't go in the box, the bot assumes...

Have you tried restarting osrs & runemate? It doesn't seem to be happening on my end, are there items on the ground in the instance that are staying even after leaving?

This has been on my to-do list for a while, it's just a bit less common than alching and I don't have any dart/bolt logic written yet (I had alch logic in other bots too) It's definitely possible, just a bit swamped lately, but I can try to bump up it on the to-do list.
