This bot isn't a silver bullet that absolves all RNG to complete the caves.
Start the bot just outside or inside the Fight Caves.
Use the trial to make sure your tick health is good (95%+) as bad tick health can result in missed prayer flicks.
Recommended setup
Stats
Recommended minimum: 40 def, 43 prayer, 61 range
Recommended stats: 70 def, 74 prayer, 75 range
1 def pures will struggle due to monsters attacking on the same tick (Damage is calculated on animation, not hitsplat, so even if they hit at different times the tick you need to pray is the same) Some users have had success using the 'Prayer only' mode (Only handles prayers, not eating or combat) and playing more defensively.
Equipment
Best ranged gear you can afford. At a minimum, Rune Crossbow with Diamond bolts (e).
Make sure you bring enough ammo for the runs you want to do. If you run out the bot will escape the caves and stop.

- Use rock to safespot on
- Prayer Style: Direct Flicking
- Direct Input Inventory on
- Stop after attempts 0 (if you just want 1 attempt, set it to 1, if you want 2, set it to 2...)
Inventory
- Food: Best you have, 26 - stat boost amount (20 if you're bringing 6 range potions)
- Prayer restore: Prayer potion, 2
- Stat boost: Ranging potion, 6
- Use offensive prayer on, best you have access to
- Use defensive prayer on, best you have access to
- Use offensive prayer off
- Use defensive prayer off

I ran it twice with 95%+ tick and still the bot struggled the first time by wave 54, I then gave it more food and it barely made it to jad before dying.. it misses a lot of flicks and gets hit often. I've just thrown away 2 dollars and a bit disheartened.

Just used this bot to land my first fire cape. Used the trial to 31. Logged out, started premium, logged in, pressed start. Amazing. Ty ty

Couple days new to Runemate and about 2 months back into OSRS after a 10-year break. Had a maxed out 138 Pre-Rs3. Anyways I did my fair share of botting here and there to get them annoying levels up back in the good ole days. I have never witnessed such a flawless bot like Fight Caves Mate. Full karils and dragon crossbow with ruby bolts e. I mean just flawlessly done, almost too good to be true. Did not use a single prayer potion and 2 Manta Rays, 3 Range potion. Not sure if I had the settings setup differently, un-human like, but it was a blast watching this bot get to work. I already had a Firecape, but I was super curious if it would work, and boy does it work. Now an Inferno Bot would be something specular to see made. 5/5

Literally died to some bs against jad after first run and decided to use this and it is brilliant, made a mistake as a new runemate user which meant I paid twice over as accidentally pressed stop when i forgot to change settings but when I had it working it got the job done in 57 mins and was pretty perfect with prayer flicking and got through with ease only needing to eat 3 karambwans and no prayer pots used. 10/10 would use again.
