I've returned to runemate and was hoping to use my original account which had multiple purchases made on it - however when resetting my password i get an email asking for a recovery phrase or word and not letting me reset my password.
There's not really anything to "return" to, as any purchases you made would have been for Supporter status, which is paid month by month, or credits left in your wallet which are used to run premium bots.
If you do not have your backup code or access to your two-factor authentication method, then we cannot restore access to your account for you.
You will need to use your new RuneMate account moving forward.
