I actually have the logs downloaded I was looking through them also, ill upload them to make sure they aren't changed.

You should also have the intelligence to not run something 30 times of you see its crashing everytime. Like I said that's user stupidity. And @Serene should not be accountable for your lack of intelligence. @Savior looked through the logs you provided and only found one actual error from @Serene bot. STILL it was YOUR fault for running it so many times if you got so many shut downs. only you are accountable for your actions.

I tried to get it to work, if it worked before it should work now. So what if I stopped and started a few times, I was trying to get the bot to work.

im uploading, I didn't want my bandwith to be wasted, I use dropbox with my online business so I didn't want to run into a dropbox ban again. Will upload and send to @Serene now

What? No I don't see why you made a public thread lol. Basically nothing good has changed.

I still need to verify that the problems occurred and that they're actually bot problems as opposed to user or client error - the same that I was already in progress of doing via PM. The only difference here is now, I have to go through 10x as many logs. So you've just made any refunding and fixing process a lot slower. And now I'm actively looking for a way to make it so that I don't have to deal with this same thing again (hopefully by finding some way to have access to the bot revoked from you). That way you don't lose any more money and I don't waste any more time.

Oh and I understand that you pay for the credits via PP. I will need you to screenie the RM wallet transactions for the sessions that I find refundable errors in. That way I can see that these logs posted are actually yours.

Also @American Express can we make it so that any ongoing use of this bot resulting in the same errors found in the logs posted here voids any further refunds (until any errors are fixed via code)? I don't want him continuously using the bot and running into more errors while he knows these currently exist. That is what he has been doing recently, and it would further slow this process. @airmaxbarber that means you need to send me the .rar file that you uploaded earlier so that I can download it.

Serene, I don't want my access to the bot to be revoked, what good would that make? I fund RuneMate regularly every few days so If you revoke access then that will stop be from using the bot. I seriously don't know why me reporting bugs to you has caused all this shit that you want to revoke access to the bot. I am not a scammer, just because I want a refund it doesn't mean I will demand a refund every time lol. Im sending you the logs now btw

what difference does it make? the bot wasn't working END OF. Let's say you have to go to work, and you're car doesn't start, what do you do? @JoJo ? you keep trying, then if it doesn't work you call a mechanic. Don't blame the issue on me because I stopped and Started a few times.

no. If my car stops working I take it to the mechanic so the mechanic can figure what's wrong and get it repaired. I don't sit there and waste my time like a dimwitted fool. If it stopped working it's because there is something wrong.

Client problem, doesn't look like a serene problem to me.

That's an issue with his internet connection.

That's not sketchy, it's a smart feature.... I do the same thing. If someone starts a bot but never provides settings, you don't want their character sitting there logging in and out every 5 minutes indefinitely.

He said it's not sketchy but did state the feature is setup to execute, if you start the bot but don't provide settings. So that's still your error.

what on earth are you talking about lol, i was saying serene's move there was sketchy. I was proven wrong though.

on the other hand, try restarting your router and see if it happens again. Your internet connection might be disconnecting for a couple seconds at a time, which means you would still be using internet and can still access sites and stuff, but it would be long enough to disconnect runescape and kill the bot.
