Its telling me that I've hit my 200hr mark but this is completely impossible since I've only had an account for 2 days. Is there anything I can do about this (besides buying more hours, which seems to be bugged too)?

@XxD0PE sure does have another account! That's why their hours are showing as used.

Creating multiple RuneMate accounts to attempt to get around the hours limit will not work and is against the rules.

I have banned your other account and urge you to stick to one account in the future.

If you wish to use more hours per month, upgrade your account accordingly.
