RS3 I want a refund of 10 hours runescape 3 bot time?

Last night i left my bot running on rs3 and there was an update soon after but I didn't know because I was asleep until I woke up in the morning seeing it has been running for 11 hours straight trying to sign in and it said "rs3 has updated please refresh client". This is not fair I want a refund for my 10 hours wasted of bot time please!!! I don't think it's fair for runemates mistakingly trying to log in after theres an update.

Assuming you are speaking about a premium bot you have been using, contact the bot author for a refund. Keep in mind that he doesnt have to refund you, but if you ask nicely i am sure you can work something out.

@Party the login handler should have stopped the bot though.

Like it's no fair, my thing tried logging on for 10 hours straight (my entire sleep night) and in the morning its still just logging in and the timers at like 11 hours then.

You'd have better luck if you'd started off with honey rather than vinegar.

Assuming you are speaking about a premium bot you have been using, contact the bot author for a refund. Keep in mind that he doesnt have to refund you, but if you ask nicely i am sure you can work something out.

@Party the login handler should have stopped the bot though.
I don't think he wants money refund but usage hours lol

omfg you noobs always have excuses for something cheapo's! I wasn't that excited about losing 10 hours but because you guys count the bot running and use up hours even if you're stuck on the screen logging in.
Who has time to sleep for 10hours?
I slept at 1:30am and I woke up at around 10:30am. People who like their beauty sleep? Also i left it on before I went to sleep didn't you read?
 
We can't refund hours.
cheapo. Runemates getting cheaper by the day the penny pinchers of the world. Like first you add "hours" and now you can't even make it so that runemate doesn't count as using hours if its stuck on screen logging in because an update happen, why not just shut down the bot if it fails logging in after 3 or 5 times so my hours don't go to waste. Stupid. I understand it's a technical problem but still. I'm just using my free 200 hours for the month then I'm out.

I think what really happened here is that your mother found out you've been using her credit card to bot and now she wants her money back.

As in, we physically cannot refund/grant hours. I've fixed the issue and it should be deployed with the next release.
