My time for the month has restarted today. I only run one single bot at a time and it says I am over 400 hours for the month. I barely used 600 last month if I do recall correctly.

Let's say today is October 1st, and you buy 3000 hours. Let's say that you use 100 hours every day. On October 31st (30 days later), you run out of hours, so you can't bot anymore. On the next day (November 1st), you'll regain the hours that you used 30 days ago (October 1st's hours), meaning that you'll have another 100 hours to bot with. The day after that you'll regain the hours you used on October 2nd, giving you another 100 hours, etc.

That is a pretty silly system considering the fact that I wasn't going to put money into it until I needed it. I am over the 200 hour max by over 200. I would have to wait nearly a week for that to drop off before I could even start again.

I'm sorry, it would literally be 2 weeks before I could use it again. More than that because I calculated to 200 and I have more than 200 over the 200 limit.

We're all kind of unhappy with the current system because a lot of users dont understand it and the moderation effort is quite high for explaining it for everybody over and over, but I doubt we will see an improved system any time soon.

Wouldnt it be a more intuitive/better system if you buy 3000 hours on 1st of Sept , and on Oct 1st you get renewed for the whole 3000 hours instead of what it currently is. I dont see any advantage of the current system. It punishes users for having uneven usage hours

Nothing is going to change. The system was made and i have already talked the Arbi about this before and it's final.

Sounds like a bunch of con artists to me then. They know there is a lapse in the time put there and to continue to get money, they force us to put more money so we can continue using their service.

No the service is free. From the 200 hours you are allowed to use for free, you could bot more than 6 hours per day which is more than enough for normal users.
