I had the 3 dollars a month and used up my 300 hours, I then bought the 12 dollars a month payment and it was going fine for 12 hours then it said I used up all my hours again. I bought a more expensive package and my limit ran out at 12 hours... someone help? is there a moderator that can reset my hours for me?

if not can I get refunded the payment I just paid for nothing??

What did you purchase and when? Go to the services page, filter by last 30 days and show us how many hours it says you've botted. The only person that can fix it in case of a real issue is @Arbiter. However, it's unlikely that he will refund you if you made the mistake of purchasing sponsor just cause it was more expensive and assumed you'd get more hours. All upgrade rewards are listed under each package so there's no excuse for not knowing that it wasn't what you expected.
