I have searched google and no good
Tried the commands:
sudo rm -rf /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.6.0.jdk
sudo rm -rf /Library/PreferencePanes/JavaControlPanel.prefPane
sudo rm -rf /Library/Internet\ Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin
sudo rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Oracle/Java
sudo rm -rf /Library/LaunchAgents/com.oracle.java.Java-Updater.plist
sudo rm -rf /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/com.oracle.java.JavaUpdateHelper
sudo rm -rf /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.oracle.java.Helper-Tool.plist
sudo rm -rf /Library/Preferences/com.oracle.java.Helper-Tool.plist
Which didn't work but downgraded to a different version 1.6.0 so replaced the that with the 1.8 with the same commands its still a working version and doesn't seem to remove, what other possible ways are there to remove JAVA from a MAC?
Every time I type Java version into terminal I get :
java version "1.6.0_65"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_65-b14-468)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.65-b04-468, mixed mode)
cheers
