Hello,

So I checked my usage on the website and it says I have used 204 hours of my allowed 200 this month. From the graph I can see that it has logged me twice as having botted for 30+ hours in a single day. Which is challenging when there are only 24 hours in a day lol. Also, I only actually bot for 2-3 hour periods typically once but sometimes twice per day for a total of maybe 6 hours max.

I'm wondering if the client counts idle time that the bot is in paused state, which would make sense that I acquired that many hours. If this is the case, is there any way I can get 30-40 hours credited back to me and I will ensure that I always shut down bots to avoid this in the future.

Thanks,

What @dogetrix2 said, don't keep your bot paused/idled for a long time, and going above 24 hours happens when you have multiple bots running since they stack.

Also you're not going to get free hours credited to you. Just saying.

Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ

Is break handler time counted as part of my hours?
Yes. Example: If you run a bot for 4 hours, and during this time the bot's break handler "pauses" your botting for a total of 63 minutes, those 63 minutes are included in your monthly hourly usage.

Additionally, I can see multiple accounts under your IP address. Multiple RuneMate accounts will combine hours

My brother/sister/other uses RuneMate in my house, will our hours combine?
Yes. Hours used across multiple RuneMate accounts from the same IP address will combine. EG: Account001 uses 10 hours on a Monday; these 10 hours will also show up on Account002's usage history for Monday.

Why are my hours disappearing so quickly? I haven't used that many hours?
You are likely on a shared network or using a VPN where someone else on your network has used up the hours. If this is the case you should speak to your service provider and ask them to give each connecting user a unique public IP address.
