When I try to use a bot it tells me that I've used over 200 hours this month and stops but when I look at my usage online it shows that I have only used 88 hours this month. Could you please help me?

From what I've heard, the usage chart doesn't update in real time. Maybe it simply hasn't updated yet?

Other possible explanations are that hours are shared across an IP address. If you use Runemate and your brother uses Runemate on the same IP, then even though you both have separate accounts you end up using the time on both accounts. So maybe your brother used 112 hours and you used 88?

Don't forget that hours are on a rolling reset. Meaning that 30 days after the day you botted will those hours become available to your account. They don't hard reset on the first of each month.

No one else uses Runemate with the same IP as mine also I've never used more than 88 hours since I started using Runemate less than one month ago so I'm not sure if the problem is updating usage. Is there some way to fix this?

When I first started using RM (read: about 2 months ago) the chart didn't update for me at all regardless of my usage, but I think it was still recording it. I think it's partially bugged. You probably did use more than 88 hours and just didn't notice.

And your allowed/used/remaining below is 200/88/122 I assume? I'm not sure.

I should have 122 hours remaining, so I think so.
 
I only used Runemate for like 10 days when this happened I haven't been able to use it since then. I wasn't botting 20 or more hours per day so it doesn't make sense.
 
Can someone help with this?
