I have tried uninstalling and re installing a new copy of runemate. Regardless after a day or so there seems to always be an "update" this file size is about 13mbs that it downloads everyday. I don't get it. How do i fix this problem.

A standalone version of runemate is a version that doesn't require the operating system to function? Could you tell me the downsides of using a standalone and how I would activate or download that version? Thanks.

The standalone version is just a .jar file that you can open. Not sure if there are any downsides.

Okay thats fine i guess, just seems odd its always for around 13 megabytes.

Updates don't always increase the file size much, any large resources are downloaded at runtime and the java runtime environment needed to run runemate is downloaded the first time you install runemate. 13mbs seems typical.
