The stats takes some hours to bot, costing max 3$ (in script cost here at Runemate) subtracting 3m (the 3$) and the wealth you still have 6.7m. If the electric bill for those botting hours comes up to ~6$ I think the account is worth 10m. But hey I wont buy it, good luck with the account selling!

Why use breaks on nmz? Noone can report you, so you can bot all day all night. (from my week of experience im talking) in this time I have gotten from 70/70/70 to 80/90/75 with 1hp dharok method.

With the new OSRS update that makes blast furnace not requiring any repairs would make a bot like this profit around 500-800k/h with graceful, icegloves, coal bag and staminas. (Running runites @85 smithing)
