The author of this bot hasn't been terribly active recently so you may just need to watch over the bot and manually do these parts if you have issues for now.

Looks like it might have been the zoom. I didn't think that would cause an issue because cleaning had no issues fully zoomed in. User error then! Thanks for the quick response! :D

Looks like it might have been the zoom. Didn't think it would cause an issue as cleaning herbs went smoothly. Only other bug I can see is the Item Tracker shows nothing but I am guessing your update will most likely address that. Cheers and hope RL settles out soon for you!
