I suppose increasing time between abilities MAY help, if you put it to the max setting there should be a longer period of time until the next ability is executed on a monster. Not sure if this is correct though

Incorrect. Reckless botting is accountable for most of these 'common' bans. It's my only runescape account, I play the game on/off so I don't really care if it does get banned. Just trying to max it out before I lose total interest in the game

If you're looking for a reason- I'd read Exia's post. It is very accurate, most hacking these days are involve the least intrusive methods you could imagine. Simply talking to someone online or even real life could help reveal information surrounding your password.

Maybe, it's all relative to how long you've bottled for. My very first ban (years ago) they rolled me back a few levels on some of my 99's and took away some of my wealth. Was pretty happy didn't get perma ban considering I bottled 3-4 99's in the span of a week.
