Resolved Is retrieving Interfaces by ID frowned upon?

i despide using ID's for anything, as can be found in the dev chat, but specifying container id's yields the result in 1/10 of the time that it would take normally, even if you specify, name, color, etc etc. Containers are the only id's when it comes to interfaces which are not prone to change...

Question How do I select make-# of an object in a chatbox interface?

Gengsta is partially correct. You can use the Interfaces class to get the Make-X component, however, as it is a ChatDialog, the ChatDialog class is the best use for this. ChatDialog.option makeX = ChatDialog.getOption("Make-X"); if(makeX != null && makeX.isVisible()) {...

    Spectre Beta Status

Just another status update: Alpha testing is going well. @Cloud and @Arbiter are working on performance improvement as well as support for multiple linux distros. From testing so far, Spectre RAM and CPU usage is absolutely beautiful, and it will only improve further. You guys will be in a for a...

    Celestial Spawner [Deleted]

Hi! Thanks for letting me know about the bug. This bot is being maintained. Other developers and I are currently testing Spectre Alpha. As there have been API changes that need to be accounted for, this bot will be rewritten for Spectre compliance once there is a finalized public version of it...

    RuneMate 2.0 Spectre

That doesn't make sense. If someone found the cure for cancer and told the world "Hey i found the cure for cancer", people will ask for details. Imagine if he just tells them, "I wont tell you everything, but these are the cells to look for". Now, even though he didn't say how he was going to...

    RuneMate 2.0 Spectre

Arbiter purposely did not go into details as you wouldn't want competitors + jagex to get a clue as to how you are being indifferent from a regular player. He stated this in an entire paragraph on the first page.

    Request Scala Support

I would like to request support for Scala in the client. Scala is growing functional programming language using the JVM and i would love to have the opportunity to continue learning it by creating bots in Scala for RuneMate. I wanted to see if others would support it.
