As mentioned on another thread RWS time is just and estimate of time used and is NOT tied with your botting hours. It is likely something caused RWS to not close the session, but the regular system closed just fine.

Until Web Services is more mature it is not being used to track your bot usage. The old system and RWS are separate entities so its likely a bug with RWS and not the old system. Regardless we have some work to do to make sure sessions cant extend once stopped.

Please use my visual developer to take a screenshot of the model you are having issues with. Also deleting your .bio files has no appreciable effect on the quality of clouse's accuracy. Your issue sounds more consistent with either a moving target or a model gone awry.
