Yes you can actually :D You set your normal loadout then equip your spec weapon and load it on spec loadout (or whatever the second loadout option is named). I used Dharok set for Primary with D2H for multi hit on second loadout. You can use whatever though.

As a bot author I know that's a joke. As a 99 slayer, tis not a joke. Can literally use any combat style and kill anything.

Rs3 is easier as you don't need specific loadouts for anything :P

Ouch. Well with 1 def your xp is definitely gonna be based on what ammo and offensive gear you use IE amulets, boots, etc etc. Get that archer ring imbued when you got the points for sure. Sadly I'm not 100% sure on prayer potions as I've never used those. Very costly to do that.
