A few years ago I used an autoclicker for teleporting/alching and got banned. It just spam clicked in the same spot and I was doing it for hours, so I suppose that's why I got banned.

Pretty much every Linux distro is good. I would install Debian + LXDE on that if you're a n00b. If you want to get a bit more involved- Try Slackware, Arch Linux or Gentoo.

What's the best way to transfer gold between my accounts without getting banned? I think randomly receiving 100M in a trade, or picking up 100M in some area nobody goes to is a bit dodgy.

Ahh I forgot about that. RuneMate is eating up ~12% of my CPU (FX-8350 @ 4.2GHz) according to Task Manager. I think RM really needs a headless mode, or at least a reduced graphics mode.

The rasterizer uses an int array for pixels. Maybe you could just get rid of it and the references to it? A headless bot would be really cool.
