If it's only showing 1 option of what to make in that menu you haven't unlocked properly cooking the karambwans. You need to talk to a guy in the village at the end of the quest. If poisoned and cooked are both options for you then try restarting runemate and runelite

As long as the enable breaks checkbox is yocked and you've generated breaks it will take them. They're in the format hours:minutes:seconds when the bots runtime reaches the start time value of a break it will start the break

Send the log file but sounds like an issue on your end if the bot isn't even showing the bot interface

There was a game update last night. Please restart runemate and runelite and it should work. Test using the trial version so you're not charged if it doesn't fix the issue. If it doesn't, try restarting your pc and then let me know if it still persists

That shouldn't be possible. To be clear you're saying the bot crashed and you submitted the exception in the window that popped up, and the session was still running for 3 days in the background? How do you know it was still running? Are you seeing this from your session list on the bot store?

I would also mention that a multi hour bot really shouldn't be refunded just because it crashed or had an issue in the last hour. If it got stuck and wasted 5 hours, sure. We can't give partial refunds so it shouldn't be expected. Not saying that's what you're doing but just something to keep in...
