It should, can you paste a screenshot of ur looting settings? Aswell as looting area in general tab

Maybe u clicked shift or something, and when u left the bot, the default left click was Drop instead of drink

Hmm, i have no account with low level crafting to test this out. If you can find an account with low craft and supply it with needed items it would be great to debug the issue
